COVID-19 Delivery Message
Due to an increase in demand and current circumstances (COVID-19), deliveries can take slightly longer to reach our customers.
Normal UK Inventory Delivery (paid) and Free Delivery (orders over £50)
Delivery options, time scales and charges advertised at check out. Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days via Royal Mail postal services.
International delivery is usually within 14 days but can take up to 28 days (excl. Dinks Family items).
Please note that any customs and import duties payable are the responsibility of the customer.
Dinks uses Royal Mail as it’s delivery provider. Royal Mails term of business/ terms and conditions apply to all items ordered from our online store combined with delivery
Returns and Exchanges
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer UK returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please email our Customer Services Team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, visit our Facebook page to utilise instant messaging into our team by clicking here.
If you would like to return or exchange an item that is not faulty, the postage for the return will be your responsibility.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear
- Returned items that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Once the returned items have been received, refunds will be processed within 10 days.
If you are sent the wrong order please contact us within 14 days. Once the order has been returned to us, we will send out your correct order immediately.
All exchanges are dependant on availability of the item when returned and must be for a like item.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges on UK orders. This does not affect your right to return if outside of the UK.

Dinks Family Product Delivery
Dinks Family products can take up to six weeks to deliver. For this reason, we do not charge delivery on Dinks Family products.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, please inform us via our website, social media's or via email@example.com. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have not been cancelled within 24 hours that require a refund will need to return the purchased item to Dinks Baby Decor before a refund is processed.
