Returns and Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free UK returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear
Returned items that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
Once the returned items have been received, refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Dinks Family Product Delivery
Dinks Family products can take up to six weeks to deliver. For this reason, we do not charge delivery on Dinks Family products.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, please inform us via our website, social media's or via email@example.com. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Orders that have not been cancelled within 24 hours that require a refund will need to return the purchased item to Dinks Baby Decor before a refund is processed.
